For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "888games", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 888games-bangla.com platform and all associated services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 888games platform and uses any part of the service.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a player on the 888games platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a player's 888games account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any active bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or prize awarded to a player by 888games under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting volume a player must achieve before bonus funds become withdrawable cash.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees — the sole currency in which all transactions on 888games are conducted.
• "Game" means any betting market, slot, crash game, virtual sport, Ludo variant, or other wagering product available on the 888games platform.

To open and maintain an account on 888games, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 888games strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under 18 and actively enforces age verification.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not open player accounts on 888games.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to understand the laws of your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 888games or any of its associated companies.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order at 888games or any affiliated gaming platform.

Each player may hold only one account on 888games. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being forfeited. This rule applies without exception, even if the duplicate account is discovered months after registration.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment account details. You agree to keep this information up to date. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Your 888games account login credentials — username and password — are your personal responsibility. You must not share your account access with any other person. 888games is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of an account being accessed by a third party using credentials that you provided, failed to secure, or permitted another person to use.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your 888games account and do not reuse it on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available on your account — this significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact 888games support immediately at support@888games-bangla.com.
• 888games will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password is fraudulent — report it to us immediately.

All deposits on 888games are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and Rs 500 for bank IBFT and card payments. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your 888games balance within seconds of payment confirmation by the mobile network operator.

• 888games charges no platform fees on any deposit method. Third-party fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are not our responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned minus any transaction costs incurred.
• If a deposit fails to reflect in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your payment confirmation screenshot and transaction reference number.
• 888games reserves the right to reject deposits from unverified payment sources or where there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity.

Withdrawal requests on 888games are processed automatically and are typically received by Easypaisa or JazzCash wallets within 10–15 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals are dispatched immediately but are subject to inter-bank clearing times, which may take up to 24 hours. Card withdrawals follow Visa/Mastercard settlement timelines of one to three business days.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 100. 888games charges no platform fee on any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account in the same name as your registered 888games account. We do not process third-party withdrawals.
• Where possible, withdrawals are returned via the same method used for the most recent deposit — this is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
• Only real-money funds that have met any applicable wagering requirements can be withdrawn. Active bonus funds are not withdrawable until their conditions are fully satisfied.
• 888games reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal where KYC has not been completed. Withdrawals will be held pending until documentation is received and approved.

Bonuses and promotions on 888games are subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement stated in the individual promotion terms. This means you must wager a stated multiple of the bonus amount in eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance on your 888games account and are clearly distinguished from your real-money balance in your account dashboard.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Bonus terms for each promotion specify which games contribute and at what percentage.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once through multiple accounts or by abusing referral systems is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from accounts without notice.
• 888games reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Ongoing participation in a promotion is subject to the terms valid at the time of opt-in.

All games on 888games — including PSL betting markets, slots, crash games, virtual sports, and Ludo — are governed by specific game rules accessible within each game interface. These general provisions apply across all game categories:

• All casino-style games use certified random number generators (RNG) independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by the platform.
• Sports and PSL betting markets are settled according to the official results published by the relevant governing body. 888games reserves the right to void bets where a market has been suspended or abandoned due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game on 888games, the platform will attempt to restore the game to its pre-failure state. If this is not possible, the affected wager will be refunded at the pre-failure odds or game entry fee.
• Disconnection during a live game does not automatically void a bet. Ludo games include a 60-second reconnection window. If reconnection is impossible due to a verified server-side fault, stakes are refunded.
• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is disclosed in the individual game information panel. Crash and Ludo games display the house edge in the lobby before buy-in.

888games is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. All players are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings. The following tools are available to all registered accounts at no cost and without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling period before becoming active.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at hourly intervals during active play to remind you of how long you have been playing.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or one week. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 888games platform for a minimum of six months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888games platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:

• Opening multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software tool to interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, Ludo, or any multiplayer game to manipulate outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activities or using the platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds on the 888games platform.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using or attempting to use the platform if you are under 18 years of age.

888games reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure).

Upon account closure for any reason other than breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the most recent withdrawal method on file, subject to standard KYC checks. Accounts closed due to fraud, collusion, or terms violations forfeit all balances.

888games provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive for constant uptime and platform reliability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, errors, or technical failures. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888games shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 888games' liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 888games is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. Key points:
